Our coffee consists solely of premium Arabica beans, grown at high altitudes of 3,000 feet or more. Additionally, all our coffee is 100% shade-grown under a canopy of native trees. This high-altitude, shade-grown cultivation results in a more complex and delicious cup of coffee.

Each coffee cherry is hand-picked to ensure only the ripest, reddest ones are harvested. The subsequent processing techniques further refine the quality of the coffee beans. Our first roaster was trained by Alfred Peet, the founder of Peet's Coffee. From him, we learned the nuances and artistry required to coax the maximum flavor from each unique coffee and blend. Over the past three decades, we have continuously perfected and improved upon this technique. By combining this experience with state-of-the-art technology, we have elevated coffee roasting into an art form.
