Our coffee cherries are handpicked to ensure only the ripest, reddest fruits are harvested. The beans are then meticulously processed using techniques that result in the highest quality. Our first roaster was trained by Alfred Peet, the founder of Peet's Coffee, from whom we learned the nuances and artistry required to coax the maximum flavor from each unique coffee and blend. Over the past 30 years, we have continuously perfected and refined this technique, marrying our extensive experience with state-of-the-art technology to consistently produce the very best flavor profiles.
