We are experts in coffee agriculture and roasting, and we have strong partnerships with our farmer partners. Together, we develop long-term plans to maintain and improve the quality of their coffee crops year after year, while also focusing on environmental and social responsibility on their farms. Our coffee is strictly premium, made from Arabica beans grown at high altitudes of 3,000 feet or more. All of our coffee is also 100% shade-grown under a canopy of native trees. This high-altitude, shade-grown cultivation results in a more complex and delicious cup of coffee.

Our coffee is handpicked to ensure only the ripest, red cherries are harvested. It is then processed using techniques that yield the highest quality coffee beans. Our first roaster was trained by Alfred Peet, the founder of Peet's Coffee. From him, we learned the nuances and artistry required to coax the maximum flavor from each unique coffee and blend. For over 30 years, we have perfected and improved upon this technique, marrying our experience with state-of-the-art technology to consistently produce the very best possible flavor profile from each coffee.

Our certified 100% organic Rainforest Blend is an artful mix of coffees from Central and South America, producing a smooth, yet full-bodied taste with lively citrus notes.
